The house is an airy open south-sea island design surrounding a saltwater pool with spacious indoor/ outdoor living areas. The light filled rooms open onto the deck and pool. Use of the kitchen is available. This is a relaxed atmosphere for artistic or health minded people who want to chill out after their travels or explore this beautiful part of the world. Feel welcome to come and enjoy our peaceful sanctuary by the sea.
Start your day with a stroll to the beach.
Energetic activities are available for the enthusiast; swimming, harvesting fresh coconuts, canoeing, beach fishing.
Yoga or Wu Tao dance introductory class on the beach available on request. Take in a sunset sky on the beach and finish the night with a drink around a fire.
Available rooms are comfortable, maximum of two guests per room. Main guest room has a quiet split system air con. Each room has ceiling fans, linen, towels. Wi-fi available from rooms.
Locally made Rare Earth Oils and skin products available for purchase.
Holloways Beach has a friendly village atmosphere with beach cafe, restaurants Vitalia quality Italian and free tennis court . There are regular buses to Cairns, timetable Sunbus route 120 or Port Douglas (40 mins away), famous for tourist destinations such as the Great Barrier Reef and World Heritage Daintree Rainforest.

This is a quiet end of the beach away from the hustle and bustle of tourism central!

I like meeting people from different parts of the world as I have done extensive travel in my life off the beaten track. I like to share my relaxed living space while I am in Cairns, this is such a beautiful part of the world to live, especially in winter! I am a self taught artist, trained Montessori teacher. I do NES health assessment, healing work and massage and enjoy teaching yoga at home with friends. Also I enjoy singing and playing guitar round the fire. I like to think people can feel free to be themselves here and express their individuality, as long as it does not impose upon others. I have a love dog called Poppet (she loves everyone) . Open minds welcome.
