Lofts on Broad was a complete renovation project that was completed in 2020. The building was a commercial building before being converted into residential units. It is located in Downtown Lynn, right down the street from the MBTA Central Square stop.

There is a rooftop deck accessible by taking the stairs or the elevator to the fourth floor and going up the final staircase. There is no smoking allowed on the rooftop and please discard of your own trash.
You'll be given an intercom code to enter the building and an entry code for the unit. The building is secured and the entry doors are locked 24/7. Guests have control over the AC/heating unit in their studio.
