Lots of restaurants less than 5miles away. 20 min drive to the beach. 15 minute drive to downtown. The bedroom is the only bedroom downstairs and has its own private bathroom. The remainder of the rooms are upstairs therefore you will have downstairs to yourself except for the shared kitchen and living room.
