Drive right off Central Ave going into downtown Hot Springs National Park and drive up to the Rose house. Painted in Holland style black with mural completed by local muralist!
Walk up into the unique grass porch and come inside the oversized living room with smart Tv and a large couch.
Each front bedroom is furnished with king beds! with the back bedroom that has 2 full beds for those extra guests.
Both bathrooms are newly finished with mosaic tile and vinyl to add that extra character you expect from an Airbnb.
Kitchen has the original character of the house with all the amenities needed - fridge, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker.
Come make yourself at home!

Wifi camera outside front door, will be recording motion.
Wifi will not be on till Saturday 1/16/21 - message host as the cable guy will need to enter that day to connect and cousin to come and set up the smart tv.
This is an older house that has been rehabbed for Airbnb. There will be old house characteristics - old gas stubs in floor/wall.
