This beautiful flat with wide space, two bedrooms, kitchenette, furnace, AC, overlooking to a great and rare communal garden is located in a very calm and extremely friendly neighbourhood. It has a private entrance. It is only 5 min.s drive or 15 min.s bicycle ride away from city centre. It is on the route of the airport shuttle from Ercan, so you'll be home in 30 min.s after landing! We also provide pick-up from any checkpoint if you arrive from Larnaca.

This flat is the second floor of the house that me and my wife live in. The housing complex was build in late 80s, and the house was uniquely renovated recently to provide a rich perception of space, light, and cross ventilation. The open space provides a dining area next to the fully-equipped kitchenette, couches and chairs around a coffee table, and a wide space. This part of the space also has a heating stove/furnace, which in addition to central heating system in winter, provides an extra means of heating. You can move around the furniture to fit to your needs. The gallery and staircase opening has been closed and secured with decorative wooden frames, and the flat has a private entrance from the garden.

The guests can enjoy the flat fully, also enjoy our own garden or the common garden of the housing complex which is right in front of the house. We also have three cats but they are not in the house and cannot access the flat in any way.
Guests enjoy pressurised (and instantly hot) water for general usage but not for drinking. We provide drinking water.

Our neighbourhood can be taken as one of the most alternatively populated neighbourhoods of the city. Everyone respects each other, everyone helps everyone, they might even sometimes bring some local food which they just cooked in their kitchen. The communal garden is well taken care of, which is a rarity in Nicosia. You can always enjoy a nice breakfast in that garden, or a good book, or a few drinks.

I love music and I am a good conversationalist and keen on cooking in different cuisines. I am a producer (entertainment) / estate investor. Both are my own businesses. I am a man of more alternative tastes, hence you will be advised to use my own local guide to Nicosia (on a bulletin board in my flat), next to all that touristy stuff and historical places. We just live downstairs so you can let us know if you need even the slightest thing. It is a great neighbourhood, and our neighbours are always very glad to help if we are not around.
