This beautifully restored home is a historical landmark, originally built in the 1920s, and the first home to be built in the city of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. And with beach access one block away, a private pool, an enclosed yard, and two distinct living areas, this amazing beachside villa is just what you've been waiting to find for your next Florida getaway! Inside, the comfy main living room is furnished with luxurious furniture with a large mounted flatscreen TV presiding over the room, perfect for streaming your favorite Netflix shows or catching up on the big game with good friends and lots of snacks. The main kitchen features stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and a tiled backsplash, the ideal setup to inspire tonight's culinary masterpiece. You'll also find two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a pool view, plus a shared bathroom. The second living space enjoys a bedroom with a queen bed and some comfy chairs for enjoying some quiet reading time. You'll also find a small kitchenette with a mini-fridge, an electric oven, and a microwave. There is even a mounted flatscreen TV for watching some good shows while enjoying a quiet meal. Outside, the private patio boasts a large heated pool and plenty of furniture for everyone to enjoy some time soaking in the hot Florida sun between swims.
