Sweet classic home within walking distance to downtown Hamilton, local bakery, Craft Brewery, and full service cafe. Less than one mile to Bitterroot River fishing access and River park. Large deck overlooking family flower and vegetable garden to the east.

This late 1940's cottage style house has retained most of the original glass light fixtures and door knobs. Plenty of newer windows to let in lots of light.
The third bedroom can serve as an office or a yoga/meditation room. During warmer weather the deck is great for grilling and dining outside.

The entire house is available to guests. The washer and dryer are in the basement.
The back yard leads to the garden where guests are allowed to walk through, it is a commercial plot so please ask before picking flowers or produce.

Daly elementary school has minor walking traffic- watch for children walking to school. Also many parents drive their children to school at 8:00 to 8:30 and home around 2:45 to 3:30 please be mindful backing out of the driveway

This quiet neighborhood is marked by it's proximity to Daly elementary school. Children and adults use the George Rummel memorial walk way on their way to school or to get daily exercise. Many residents walk to the Hamilton Marketplace for groceries. The Coffee Cup cafe is at the end of the street, as is Cheers, the local liquor store.

I have a wonderful life in Western Montana! Loving fresh air, gardening and cooking. My dogs get me out for hikes or a long walk most days. I have a fantastic travel companion, my husband, that gets me out into the world and we’ve been on many fine adventures! When he’s not working, he’s fishing on one of the beautiful rivers nearby, or hiking, or biking. He’s super active! We love to travel, and learn about other cultures, people, and of course, good food.
