The Tietê Bus Terminal is 12 minutes away and we are just a few minutes from the main roads of the city, such as the Marginal Tietê, the North-South Corridor and the Fernão Dias Highway.
Nearby there are bars, restaurants, hospitals, shopping malls and shops within easy reach on foot, or by public transport, as the subway station Parada Inglesa is 1.3 km away.
