Charming Brick Home located in the heart of Harrisonburg, within walking distance to downtown including some of the favorite restaurant options such as Local Chophouse and Magpie Diner. Very close distance to James Madison University and historic Downtown with plenty of shopping/dining destinations. Lovely brick bungalow with 3 bedrooms and attic loft plus two bathrooms. The yard is fenced backyard with cute little studio garden space off the driveway. Close to Harrisonburg's Downtown area! Right down the road from Purcell Park and Bluestone Trail.

Hello! We are both involved in real estate, Sara as a real estate agent and Brian as a real estate investor. We are from Harrisonburg, VA and both James Madison University alumnus! We have four boys who are active in sports and extracurricular activities. When we aren’t involved In our kids activities, we enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, and enjoy traveling and hosting guests through airbnb. We currently own three homes in Harrisonburg, three homes in Massanutten Resort, three Riverfront homes, two properties in Waynesboro and one in Charlottesville, and a beach home in Hilton Head South Carolina.
