This Ibicenco-style villa is a 7-minute walk from Torre de Benagalbon beach. You can also see the sea from its high terrace.
Very modern at the same time, it is surrounded by a rural setting which is its charm and which will only give you a change of scenery (vegetable gardens and silence await you).
This totally renovated family house has a charming garden with trees and flowers which will make you enjoy long summer evenings around a good Spanish meal or pleasant naps after a good lunch.
The house has three bedrooms (two which overlook the garden) and a large sunken room with no windows but still very comfortable and cool.
One bedroom has its own bathroom in suite and there is another small bathroom.
You have a modern and equipped kitchen and a cocooning lounge. Upstairs the office is on a mezzanine overlooking the living room.
