Great covered deck, bbq etc. Opp. safe beach. Off street parking, 15mins from airport, 30mins from Hobart.

Studio for two includes queen size bed, beautiful ensuite, leather sofa, ceiling fan, electric heater, fridge, microwave, toaster, tea and coffee. Flat screen TV, blue tooth dock, Wi Fi, clock radio, iron. Books, games and puzzles for that time out.
I have made my property as eco friendly as possible. For example, water is fully supplied by rain water tanks, and an envirocycle waste water treatment system is installed, plus I use some solar power.
The studio has double glazed windows, wool insulation, timber floors, LED lighting, quality linen and wool duvet.
I am conscious of guests with allergies therefore no harsh chemicals are used when cleaning.
