Beachfront Apartments was founded in October 2017 when I secured my first property on the North Coast. I found that my true passion was rooted in hosting and hospitality, a combination of all the skills I had learnt along my entrepreneurial journey. I couldn’t resist going the extra mile for each of our guests and their individual needs – This is what I found the most rewarding. I realised that bringing people together was something I was good at, and as a result, Beachfront Apartments had potential to truly become a profitable business. Since then, I’ve been blessed to be able to secure a second property in 2021, then later a third where I collaborated with the owner to help bring in more rental opportunities.
Despite the challenges of Covid in 2021, I took the opportunity to support other short-term rental hosts. I began a referral network, ‘Awesome Hosts’ which consisted of fellow Hosts and Owners, offering their knowledge and support by passing on referrals for a reduced commission. I believe in “Paying it Forward” and having an “Abundance Mindset”. That by sharing you receive more good in life. We meet regularly where I host workshops to keep members up-to-date with the current trends and forecasts within the short-term rental platform.
Hosting has allowed me the privilege of meeting people from all over the world, and has introduced me to a group of like-minded hosts, many of which have become some of my dearest and closest friends.
I am excited to embrace this journey, as I know will continue to evolve and change with every challenge and blessing we face along the way
