The loft has been built with a concept of many open areas and double volume, which gives a permanent see view and mountain view from both side of the purpose. At ground floor level, There is an american kitchen open to the living room and dinning room with magnifique view on "le morne brabant", including one room. At 1st floor, sport room, one bedroom, 1 sofa bed, an open office desk, a terrace with love bed and dinning area. On the roof, a swimming pool (6 * 3 mts) with full ocean view and mountain view, a barbecue space, one bar, deck chair, and garden furniture. Total of 250 square meter.
The strength of this duplex is the approximation near commerce, restaurants , beach and supermarket.

The loft is situated at 5 mins walks to the supermarket, commerce, restaurants, activities and of course the beautiful beach of La Preneuse.
Our Guest have a parking for car also.

Wi Fi Internet, canal satellite, xbox, Two TV, Booking Area and a Mac Computer available. You can also personalised your stay with special wants. You can also have food delivery if needed anytime by contacting the host(add fee). You will have the cleaning lady 3 times a week. We can organize for the transfer from airport to the loft at an interesting fare.
