After spending 35 years in the far north of Canada, my husband and I decided to spend our retirement melting the ice out of our souls. Costa Rica, with its varied, but warm climate and infinite variety of plants, animals and things to do was our choice after a year long journey through Central America looking for the perfect retirement location.
