Homely, private, comfortable fully self contained studio unit. Peaceful relaxing area and a stunning garden to meander through. Weber BBQ. double bed, own bathroom, toilet, shower and kitchenette. Wake up, open the ranch slider and take in the view over the Bay. Paihia doesn't get better than this. Everyone who stays, loves it - the perfect home away home. A place of tranquility and beauty. Ask me about extended stays.

When relaxation is top of your bill, this is the place for you. My place is imbued with a positive vibration that just feels good. Peaceful, quiet, and an outstanding view some say is priceless. My unique garden captures everyone's heart and the native bird life loves it.
The unit is very homely so you can just be yourself. Good double bed and comfy lounge area. The sofa converts to an extra bed if required. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the basic cooking utensils you need and if I can always help out if there is anything else you need. Weber bbq available in a beautiful covered outdoor area. Excellent shower in the private en-suite.
Open the ranch slider and take in the view or have a wander in the garden. It is the perfect environment for people who like to take time to smell the roses as well as enjoy the beauty of the Bay of Islands.

Puketiro Place is a very quiet no exit street so not a lot of traffic or noise. My neighbors, mostly semi retired are generally around so the place is relatively secure as we all keep an eye out for each other.

Free spirited woman with a love of nature and the sea. Enjoy meeting like minded people who relish life's journey and the learnings it provides along the way. My home is my temple. It is a place of peace, beauty and serenity. I am currently developing my garden and enjoying every minute of it. Love intelligent conversations, the sea - in it and on it, good musicians (especially jazz, blues, chill-out) . I work from home so usually available to introduce you to the Bay of Islands, show you around if you want and share a home cooked meal (I am an excellent cook).

I am always happy to have a chat, provide recommendations to suit your desires, and share my local knowledge. Always a possibility that I may invite you to savour a wonderful home cooked meal with me - I get rave reviews for my kiwi lamb roast and my pizzas are held in high regard.
