The outdoor pool has been converted to salt water and will open in April and close September/October. If this is something you care to use near the time frame of opening and closing, please confirm that the pool is open. Pool is heated to 80 degrees and can be heated to 85 degrees for an extra $100.
*Please bring your own pool towels and pool toys*
*Owner/property overseer keeps completely separate basement quarters w/ own entrance, etc. Pool and hot-tub are PRIVATE spaces for guests*
The outdoor living room is the most relaxing location for me. Drinking a cup of coffee in the morning or watching a sunset. It's a wonderful space. I have disabled the outdoor fireplace due to poor guest use in the past.
There is also a 1.5 Acre front yard for lawn games

You will have the entire 1st, 2nd floor, and outside areas. There is a two bedroom self-contained apartment in the basement that myself or caretaker stays in. Pool, hot-tub etc are private spaces for guests.
