I have lived in the Philadelphia area for the past about 26 years, coming by way of immigration a year before. I own a few other businesses, also in the area, including real estate. My involvement with Airbnb was, like most of my business ventures, borne out of curiosity. A unit was available and I wanted to see what will happen if I listed it on Airbnb.
