I have four private rooms, each one contains it's own bathroom. It's located in the quietest part of miraflores. The house is in front of a big and beautiful park.
It's also well connected to the bus stations, all kind of markets and touristic spots. It's very close to park kennedy in the centre of miraflores and 20 minutes walking to the sea.

There are four private rooms. Two of them contains a bed (1 single the other doublebed) and the other 2 single beds, each one have its own private bathroom. You can make use at anytime of the kitchen (sink, microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator, silverware, dishes, water boiler); dining area, WI FI Internet, cable TV, hot water. It has also bed sheets and towels.
On the first floor is located the Common Area: The Kitchen, the garden, the terrace with the hamaca, the dinning room, etc. Upon your arrival we provide shampoo, soap, and toilet paper.
On the third floor there is a mini gym that you can use.
Me and my family are always hanging around the first floor so you will always find someone with you can eat, talk or ask for help.
My house is located in a quiet and safety zone very close to the touristic area of miraflores. Just on the corner there is the bus stop, you arrive in 10 minutes to Parque Kennedy (center of miraflores) and 18 minutes to the Pacific Ocean.
Most attractions are within walking distance, this is one of the best places to experience the limenean lifestyle.
About me: I'm a student of Grafic design, I've studied in Italy for 1 year and now in Lima. If theres a momment in the day that I'm not in the house and you need help or information, you can always write to me or call me, talk to my family and my mom Pochy who is in charge of everything. We always like to share with the guests talking about our lifes and show you the city.

Hello! About me: I studied Language therapy in Turin, Italy while i was living there, then arts here in Lima and now I'm taking graphic design courses. I like to paint, sculpt, travel and I also enjoy meeting new people, walk long distances, and riding bicycle. In my house there are 3 guest rooms, and a few years ago my mom decided to rent them to students through institutions like ISA and IFSA and she liked the experience a lot.
