Harbor Village is a mixed use community with cabins up on the hill, and condos, townhomes, and villas at the bottom. Most are privately owned (WorldMark being the exception).

Hi. We live in Garden City year round and rent our condo, duplex and house. We have 7 kids with 5 still at home. Many of them are special needs and my husband is handicapped, but we embrace life's challenges. :-) Come check out our outstanding properties.
