Let me introduce myself. My name is Nikita and I am a part of Apricus Holiday Homes Company, based in Dubai.
This is DTCM licensed company. We respect the UAE Laws and working hard to bring the best service to our guests.
We speak English and Russian languages.
We pay attention of the condition of the apartments, maintaining each unit. All of our apartments are strictly non-smoking.
Cleaning is provided before the check-in (along with linens and towels).
We spend our time and attention to keep apartments clean and we are waiting the same respect from the guests. Guests should respect the neighbors, as apartments are located in residential towers.
So far I am very happy to host in Airbnb as this community brings us perfect guests!
