My cosy, comfortable one bedroom unit is in a lovely gated garden complex in Roseville. It is private, has air-conditioning and plenty of visitor parking. Easy access to transport and within a short distance of all the Northern beaches, many major Sydney attractions with a plethora of food and shopping choices in Roseville and Chatswood down the road (12 minute walk). The Roseville Cinema is opposite the railway station (5 minute walk from unit).

My unit is modern and very well looked after. It is fully equipped with most household appliances (toaster, microwave, sandwich press, washing machine, 2 clothes airers in the balcony, cordless vacuum (sits in the bedroom).
The kitchen - there are plenty of pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, etc
The open plan lounge and dining has wood flooring, a beautiful glass topped dining table, a very comfortable couch, a 48" Smart TV and split air-conditioning.
The loft bedroom is quite generous and has a double bed with plenty of room to move. I also have an electric air-bed which can be used for extra guests. You just switch it on and it inflates itself. It also deflates itself when you turn the valve. Pretty simple to use.

Guests will have access to the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans in the kitchen. Initial supplies of tea, coffee, milk and sugar, salt & pepper are provided. Clean towels and sheets will be provided when you check in. If you are staying for a longer period and need fresh towels/sheets, you will need to organise these yourselves while I'm away.
Guests must only use the bed linen, pillows, towels etc provided as I keep separate supplies for guests and I would be happy to let you have these.
Guests may use the TV and the air-conditioning if required. The remote for the air-conditioning is on the ledge by the stairs leading upstairs. Please take care not to leave the air-conditioning on all night/day. Set it on the timer so that it shuts off automatically. There is also a tower fan in the bedroom which you may use if you need to during the night. The fan also can be set on the timer.

- A maximum of 2+2 guests will be allowed, but the additional 2 guests will attract an additional charge per night
- There is no heating and I have generally not felt the need for it.
- Cooking and washing supplies are not to be availed of even though they are available in my unit.
- Anything that is broken accidentally - please leave a note and I will decide on a case by case basis if it needs to be paid for or not.
- Please follow instructions regarding keys before check-in and at the time of checking out.

It is a beautiful neighbourhood with magnificent houses in the North Shore. It is a very peaceful, quiet and safe area within 15 minutes walking distance of Chatswood, which has a fantastic variety of food and shopping.

As it is a 1 bedroom unit, I let the place only when I'm away, so after I hand over the keys there will be no interaction with the guests. If I'm already away before guests arrive, I organise handover of keys and let you know closer to the time. I will provide contact numbers for guests to call in an emergency.
