Nice, safe neighborhood to enjoy a morning stroll or evening walk to stretch the legs and get some fresh air. The house is located in a historical residential area of town, surrounding blocks have views of varying architecture. Public library is 2 blocks away with a large grass area to enjoy a good book or picnic.
