The Overlook has been individually styled and features two bedrooms both with queen sized beds, separate living area, dining room for 8, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom that feature quality European fittings and appliances. Outside the apartment features a beautifully landscaped communal outdoor space with firepit. Netflix. Wifi. Off street parking. The Overlook is our top floor apartment of our terrace.

Conveniently located in Errard Street North, you are just a moments walk from the best cafes and restaurants in town, the Ballarat CBD, the arts precincts and the lake.

This grand heritage building has been divided into two very large elegant apartments. The apartment occupies the full top floor of this grand two storey terrace.

The #6 Top Floor Apartment has been extensively renovated to provide luxurious decor and amenities with a beautifully restored interior. Both bedrooms come with queen beds and luxurious linen and bedding. The kitchen and bathroom feature quality European fittings and appliances.

Designed for discerning travellers our rooms feature luxury 1000 thread linen, wool quilts, beds with electric blankets, reverse cycle air conditioning, extensive zoned heating throughout, fully equipped kitchen, modern fixtures with 65" LCD television with Netflix, blu ray DVD player and WIFI internet.

Our residence is a popular mainstay with both leisure and corporate travellers. With Ballarat hospitals only a few minutes walk away, it is ideal for families that need to be close to their loved ones.

Guests will enjoy a spacious self contained two bedroom apartment. There are no shared spaces. You have your own private entry and exit.

Off street car parking is located at the rear of the property, but usually there is an abundance of spaces at the front of the house especially in the weekends.

Access is via a shared driveway between number 10 and 12 Errard Street North. There is a gate to access the rear of the property. To open the electronic gate press the 4 digit pin number (this will be provided to you on the day of your arrival). Feel free to park where you like but be mindful of other guests who may be parking in this area.

The fantastic central location places it within a couple of minutes drive of the CBD, supermarkets, restaurants, Bridge Mall, Ballarat Central Train Station and bus interchange. Sovereign Hill is a 7 minute drive and 14 minutes from Kryal Castle.

- 8 minute walk to the Arts Precinct
- The bus stop is only 200 metres away outside Coles Express and opposite Mc Donalds
- A two minute drive to Lake Wendouree.
- A five minute walk to the both hospitals.

Lascelles is located in an established area of grand Victorian homes. Australian Terrace Houses website lists Lascelles Ballarat as one of the two most impressive two storey terrace homes in Ballarat.

I appreciate great design and have a passion for architecture in all its forms. I'm particularly interested in restoration projects which marry the old with the new. I love sharing my projects with others and actively seek feedback from other creative souls. These beautiful houses are continually being improved and restored and all guests directly contribute to these restorations. All works have been supervised by Fletcher the Airedale and have received the four paw of approval. Fletch can be seen hard at work in a few of the property photos via our social media pages. Please check them out by doing a search using the handle lascelles.ballarat. Don't forget to follow us too. Lascelles is co-managed by my partner Martin Shew and will be the key liaison point for any questions that you may have. He will always be on hand to guide you through the booking and check in process.
