The neighborhood of El Pilar (or Velluters, as it was traditionally known) is one of the six districts that make up the district of Ciutat Vella in Valencia. In 2009, it had a population of 4,067 inhabitants [1] and it is the neighborhood located to the west of the historical center of the city. It limits the north with the Carmen district, to the east with the Mercado district, to the south with the one of San Francisco and to the west with the one of the Botanist, to the district of Extramurs.

Hi, I'm Ferran. The youngest of photography is Xavier, my son, who is in the way the age of six when I write this. I studied computer science, topography and anthropology in that order and always fled from from earlier studies. I am now professor of computer science in technical schools. That's Life. I speak Catalan, Spanish, English and little Italian and Modern Greek. If we are your guests you will see that we are quite discret. If you are our guests,you will probably like the place. This flat in Valencia was where we lived until Xavier was born. Now we are out the city. The neighborhood is called Velluters, in Old Town. Central and quiet for being so close to the Barri del Carme.
