DRIVE IN
10 min drive, 20 min walk from downtown, heading south. It's a beautiful house with a wonderful view of nearby hills, providing privacy but close enough
It has a 43k sq ft garden, always green due to its own springs.
WEATHER
It's a place of joy. During the day you'll feel enough warm to wear fresh clothes, play sports, have a tan, and swim at the pool to cool off. All the house has stunning brick domes helping the climate to be fresh enough to chill inside. During the nights, it gets a little colder (depending on the season) but it's easy to warm up with just a sweater of the heat from the fireplace and chimney. During the rain season, water is abundant but won't cause you any trouble.
LOCATION
The house is located in "El Barrio de San Martín". The house is mostly surrounded by fields, crops and other country houses. The entrance to our property is from Calle Juárez, one of the main streets in Malinalco. You'll find a gate that belongs to a family neighborhood with a dust road to access between 3 houses. You're ONLY allowed to our property, though.

- 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed and a futon bed

Last 2 bedrooms share the bathroom

- Dining room + living room
- Smart TV screen with satellite network and a music player (Bluetooth ready) both inside our living room. We offer wifi, but it's not reliable since it's a rural zone. Nonetheless, the area is 3G/4G-friendly.

- Swimming pool with a shallow area for kids.
- 2 terraces ideal for having a meal or spending some quality time.
- Wide gardens are ideal for recreation.
- Charcoal grill for BBQs, Guests must bring their own charcoal.
- Camp fireplace.
- Parking space with space for 4 cars but there's additional parking if needed outside the house grounds. Just ask where.
WARNINGS
Our master bedroom it is NOT AVAILABLE for rent. Guests are not allowed to access:
- Master bedroom
- Machine room
- Pantry
- Warehouse

We offer bathroom products, pool towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, and bathroom commodities; plus 2 people who will gladly be at your service.

Downtown is 2 km away, you can either drive, walk, or even ask for a cab. In case you own bikes and bring them with you, you'll find roads and paths to ride inside and outside the town.
