A room at Loch Maree Log Cabin offers spectacular views over the world famous Loch Maree and also picturesque views of Slioch Mountain. We are only 7 miles from Beinn Eighe nature reserve, where you can catch a glimpse of Sea Eagles, Black Throated Divers and other rare species.
The log cabin is situated on the grounds of Loch Maree Hotel, where Queen Victoria stayed for 6 nights. More recent guests include Billy Connolly, David Tennant, Rosamund Pike, Annette Crosby and Ben Millar during the making of a feature film close by.
Our room comprises twin beds with a private en-suite shower room, luxury toiletries, hairdryer, bottled water and free wireless Internet, a cooked breakfast is also provided in the hotel to set you up for the day. You will be sure to enjoy your stay in our comfortable log cabin with breath-taking views over world famous Loch Maree (to book further rooms, please check our other listings).

Guests have access to tea and coffee making facilities and also a living room with a 46" SMART TV (all 3 rooms share a comfortable TV lounge), free Internet and free parking. The Loch Maree Hotel serves food and drinks throughout the day. Bank fishing is available (at £10 per day. Kinlochewe, which has local grocery shops and a filling station and the charming village of Gairloch, set on the West Coast are both just a 10 minute drive away. Gairloch is well worth a visit, surrounded by beautiful sandy beaches and the awe-inspiring dramatic back drop of the Torridon mountain range. There is a good selection of shops in this small but vibrant village, as well as excellent restaurants, bars and cafés. The Beinn Eighe Nature Reserve, a well known hill-walkers and climbers' paradise is just 7 miles from the hotel.
