While next to 2 restaurants, this house is off the beaten path with only small amounts of street traffic. It is less than a block to the river and an old bridge that crosses it. The bridge is now closed to car traffic. It is a block to a gem and rock shop, and 2 blocks to a river float/kayaking shop, and only 3 blocks to a public river access area.

I love being outside and doing things, especially fixing things. I especially love sitting around a fire in the evening with friends. I like hiking in the mountains when the weather is cold and crisp. I enjoy meeting people and probably talk a little too much. My favorite thing however is grandchildren.
