Our 1st floor fully renovated and equipped apartment is in a recently restored 19th century very quiet residential building, with only few neighbors living in the building.
At the entrance is an amazing patio Andaluz with its beautiful original Sevillian style tiles.
Apartment has 32m2 (28m2 + 4m2 mezzanine). It is very well distributed with perfectly used space and furnished with modern interior.
It is uniquely designed in retro style with a 4m high white wooden ceiling in combination with a beautiful turquoise wall and kitchen tiles.
The idea of the renovation was to give a new modern retro touch whilst preserving the antique Spanish tiles in the kitchen and toilet.
Upstairs is a 4 m2 area with a double bed (135 x 200) suitable only for sleeping or relaxing because of low ceiling and downstairs is a cozy living area with 32" LCD TV with possibility to sleep on a very comfortable sofa bed(140 x 200).
There is fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, washing and drying machine, air conditioning, high speed WI-FI, radio etc.. Dining area has a modern glass table and two stylish black and white chairs and two stools. In the bathroom there is a walk in shower.

You will have the entire apartment for yourself with access to: Air conditioning, high speed WI – FI, Fully equipped kitchen with washer + dryer, fridge, extractor fan, microwave, oven, electric hob, toaster, kettle, blender, hot water + LCD TV, radio, hair dryer, iron, etc…
We also provide bath & beach towels, hand soup, shampoo, washing machine tablets, etc.

Where possible on weekends ( FRI, SAT, SUN) we may have some flexibility with check in/out time. Please inquire
