Tanilba – meaning white flower, 23 Flannel Flower Fairway certainly lives up to its name. Backing onto the National Park where you will experience the peace and tranquillity of the sea rolling and the tree canopy rustling in the wind.

A three-minute drive to stunning Shoal Bay Beach to enjoy all the activities under the sun, fabulous variety of restaurants, cafes, boutique shopping and the famous Shoal Bay Country Club where you can dine, dance, and enjoy the nightlife. Also an easy walk to Box Beach and less than 4kms from the beautiful Fingal Bay beach where you can try Stand Up Paddle Boarding, surfing or just sit back and enjoy the white sands and blue water in the sun.

Are you a nature lover? We've got you covered! Tomaree National Park has stunning coastal scenery, accessible places to enter, and many easy to intermediate walking trails to follow. All this is available with quick access directly from your back yard, walk/run to Fingal Bay, Mount Tomaree or Wreck beach, or pack your lunch and do a longer walk across to Fingal Spit. See all the spectacular peninsula views from Tomaree Mountain which is located a quick four-minute drive away.

Tanilba is spread over two levels with internal stairs and can sleep up to 10 guests (maximum 8 adults). There is a relaxing vibe throughout the property, the lower floor has a living space with a single daybed and pull-out trundle, TV for the children and a foosball for great entertainment. There is also a bedroom with Queen bed and bathroom providing a shower and toilet located in the laundry area. The laundry has a front loader washing machine and drying facilities being an external clothesline.

Up 13 steps you'll find an open plan living area with SMART TV, split system air conditioner and unlimited free Wi-Fi, leading off the living area takes you out onto the front balcony with views through the canopy of a tree and glimpses of blue water and golden sands.

There are three bedrooms upstairs with two having ceiling fans and two also having access to the front balcony via sliding doors and the third bedroom looking out to the beautiful National Park behind the property, the main bathroom is also located upstairs, it has a shower, vanity, and separate toilet.

A fully equipped kitchen comes complete with electric cooking facilities, microwave, dishwasher, and family size fridge/ freezer. Off the kitchen/ dining area is the outdoor enclosed back sunroom with fantastic alfresco dining facilities and Weber gas BBQ.

Parking in the double garage and driveway for two vehicles, the driveway is steep so no boat parking. There is also a Ping Pong table located in the garage.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
