The property is very secluded on beautiful Berry Mountain and comprises 3 acres of amazing gardens and 16 acres of natural rainforest. There is almost no mobile phone or internet coverage and local TV reception is variable. However, Foxtel reception is good and there is a DVD player. An electric BBQ is available if you wish to cook any meals.
