Relaxing at Bear Lake

Just mere steps from the stunning blue waters of Bear Lake and located on a bike path, this cabin-like home in the mountains is a recreational paradise. Stroll to the beach and spend afternoons relaxing on the shoreline, or rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard and hit the open waters. One provided adult bike and one children's bike make it easy to explore by land, too. After a day of outdoor fun, take a leisurely stroll downtown and grab a famous raspberry shake!

A warm, cozy retreat awaits you back at home. Sprawl out in the spacious enclosed yard that offers peekaboo mountain views in the distance. Sizzle favorite recipes on the gas grill and dine alfresco between two three-seat tables and a picnic table. In the evenings, watch the stars come out while you unwind in the hot tub. The large grassy area provides ample space for lawn games.

Modern comforts feature throughout the interior of the lodge-style home. Vaulted ceilings soar in the sunlit living area where a stone wood-burning fireplace sits centerstage. Settle in with a vacation read or watch favorite shows on the smart TV. Prepare home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen, then gather at the dining table for six. A washer/dryer adds convenience during your stay.

Motorized watercraft cannot be put in the water at the walkable public beach access point. Kayaks and water toys can be put in the water in this area.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 3 vehicles. There is parking for a maximum of three vehicles (one in the garage and two parallel in the driveway). All vehicles must be parked on the property, not on the road. If you are bringing a boat, RV, or ATV trailers, you will need to find a place to park them. Vehicle owners can be issued a citation for breaking parking ordinances. If we are cited for your parking violation, you will be responsible for the fine. Garden City is very strict on the ordinance especially though peak season (June-August).

Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
