Being located right close to the city center of Alicante we have everything right close.
Really well communicated and safe area. It takes 15 minutes walk to city center and 25 min to the beach. You also have buses just in front and it's a 5 min ride to beach, centre or UNIVERSITY OF ALICANTE... There are Banks, bars, supermarkets all around.

The apartment is fully equipped: heater, internet wifi, cleaning on monthly basis, shower, washing machine, bed linen, toaster and microwave. You would need to bring your own towels only ;)

The area is full of cafeterias, restaurants for any pocket, trendy and shabby chic shops, pizzerias, bakeries, an open-air market open every Thursday and Saturday morning (Mercadillo c/ Teulada. More info on http://www.mercadillosemanal.com/en.alicante/mercadillo-de-la-calle-teulada ), cheap and chic supermarkets (Mercadona just in front of the apartment) and banks/ATMs.
