Peonia Apartment in a villa in Rocca di Papa, a village a few kilometers from Rome, in the countryside of the Natural Park of the Castelli Romani.

The apartment is on two floors ( first and second floor - attic ). On the first floor there are a living room with a sofa bed, the kitchen with a fireplace, a double bedroom and a bathroom with double sinks. Upstairs, accessible by a staircase in the living room , there are 2 bedrooms ( one double and one with 2 single beds ) and a bathroom with shower.
It's possible to add other beds.

Kitchen, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, video entryphone, electric gate, free wi-fi internet.
Autonomous gas heating.
In the Villa there is a big garden and there is the possibility to park one car.
其他注意事項
On request there is a transfer service with private driver (with car or van) who can wait guests inside the airport, at arrival gates, and bring them right in front of the apartment.
The wood for fireplace is supplied, the temperature is cool in summer and there is no need for air conditioning.
The heating, available from 1 October to 30 April, is on consumption : 1,20 € per cubic meter.

From Rocca di Papa begins the famous ' Via Sacra ' , which climbs Cavo Mount, through ancient paths of volcanic rock surrounded by chestnut trees, to get where once stood the Temple of Jupiter. In the woods it’s possible go also by byke.
