The second building is used by the owner/manager where there is someone at all time;
The swimming pool and garden terrace dining area is between the 2 building.

All guests have access to swimming pool between 08:00 - 21:00 and garden terrace at all time though noise level must be maintained to the minimum from 22:00 to 07:00 for the comfort of other guests;
Guests also have access to a common lounge with an audio / video system playing music, karaoke and regional TV channels.

Places to see include: the Naval museum some 10 minutes by foot, 20 minutes by foot from ferry to Ile aux Aigrettes (plants, tortoise, birds and lezards), and Pointe Jerome, embarkation point, for catamaran/boat trip to Ile aux cerfs and Grande Riviere Sud Est waterfalls, 9 minutes away from Waterfront facing Mouchoir Rouge Island, market and commercial area.
