Separate bedroom with Queen bed. This unit is adjacent to another 1 bedroom unit with an adjoining door so you could fit 6 people in 2 units !!
We allow pets 75.00 pet fee. We are not a hotel we are a vacation rental. We now have washer and dryer on the property for guest use, no fee.

We are direct waterfront on Mandalay Channel and have kayaks, jetskis, paddel boards and fishing and swimming all in our back yard !! No need for a car unless your going a far distance. The Jolly Trolley picksup right here at property and can take you quite a distance.

Florida has a 13% Hotel Tax (8% State and 5% city) that we collect at check-in time, if ARBNB has not collected the tax from you.
ALL "DISCOUNTED" RATES ARE SUBJECT TO A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY
