Open rooftop views, facing west, extremely bright and charming. Living room and bedroom (35m2) plus an additional 15m2 mezzanine which is equipped as an additional private sleeping area (double bed) and a study.
The apartment is ideal for a couple, for a small family (one child) or for two sharing individuals. It can sleep an extra short-term guest (living room sofa opens into a single bed and there is an air mattress). It is NOT suitable for three sharing single individuals (or more).
The apartment was fully renovated 5 years ago and recently repainted. It is elegantly furnished and fully equipped, including all necessary linen, dishes, etc. Washer/dryer combination, dishwasher, fast wifi internet connection, TV. Large, double glazed windows and skylights. Modern kitchen and bathroom. All appliances, furniture and equipment are recent. Living room sofa opens into a single bed.
NOTE: STEPS TO MEZZANINE DO NOT HAVE A BANISTER! APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 4 YEARS OF AGE.
