Walk-out basement apartment is on the ground level of a three story home, with a private entrance and plenty of windows for sunlight. Fully-equipped kitchen, adjustable bed, wi-fi, smart TV and washer/dryer on site are just a few of the amenities. Located just minutes from Downtown Macon, The Medical Center and Mercer University. Take advantage of our 2.5 acres, outdoor fire pit and access to bikes and kayaks available upon request. Guests are welcome to enjoy our in-ground pool upon request.

A safe, quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to quaint Ingleside Village where you will find local produce and grass-fed beef at The Village Marketplace, antiques and gifts at local boutiques, and a couple of dining options including some of the best pizza in town.
