Be our guests in our beautiful warm 1900s villa nestled in one of Dunedin's most exclusive streets, just 2 minutes drive from the city. We have 4 bedrooms available with 2 guest bathrooms, 2 lounges and kitchen.
We live in the house on a separate level. We use our kitchen minimally when guests are here but we do like to have our daily morning coffee from our espresso machine :-).
We are more than happy to advise you about local attractions and dining.

You will have full use of the kitchen and laundry facilities. We have tennis racquets and balls available for the tennis court.
The house is very warm with heaters in all of the bedrooms and heatpumps in the lounges. For the winter we have a log burner that provides a cosy atmosphere in the living space.

Grendon Street is conveniently located close to the CBD, Forsyth Barr Stadium, Otago University, Moana Pool, Marinoto Clinic/ Mercy Hospital and the popular cafes/restaurants Copper and No 7 Balmac are just around the corner. Ross Creek native bush reserve is a 10 minute walk away and in the opposite direction we have the authentically preserved historic home Olveston with beautiful gardens. The Dunedin Botanical Gardens are renowned around the world and are well worth a stroll.

Hello I'm Bronwyn and I live with my husband, Rodger in Maori Hill, Dunedin. To tell you a little about myself, I am a part-time early childhood caregiver who thoroughly enjoys painting and furniture restoration. Every day, I enjoy walking through our local native bush, Ross Creek. I also practice Yoga and enjoy good old home cooking. My husband, Rodger works for the New Zealand Fire Service and is a keen road cyclist and windsurfer.
