Kitchen, Bedroom, Living room and Bathroom. Washing machine and dishwasher. 1 King size bed, couch bed (140x200) and 1 single bed (90x200).
The space accommodates 3 persons.
Apartment is modern and new. It has washing machine, dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen. Balcony view over the harbor.
Everything Reykjavik center has to offer is walkable from the apartment. It is located in the epicenter.
Very fast wi fi (95,3 mph download speed, 51,7 mph upload speed)

Towels , hairdryer, hangers and ironing board is available.
All the kitchen stuff is available. Dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, toaster blender, pot, pan, owen, containers, forks, knives, cups, glasses, plates etc. Also spices, cooking oil, sugar, coffee, tea. All free to use at will. Microwave is also available.
In living room you have couch (flips to sleeping bed in one motion), living room table, dining area and 6 chairs, big TV with plenty of materials to watch (Apple TV, Netflix, Movies included in usb cube and DVD´s)
About car parking:
This apartment is listed as "paid parking off premise". But there is a way for easy free parking:
Parking in front of the apartment building and around is free from 6pm to 9am on weekdays. Saturdays free from 4pm and Sunday is free parking all day and all evening.
If you have a rental car I can recommend parking spots that are free 24/7 about 3 minutes walk from the apartment (street parking,not private parking). Just contact me if you are interested.
If you have evening flight back you can sometime get late check-out. Just ask. If not available I have free luggage storage for my guests.
