The large, upstairs bedroom has a small sitting area and access to a shared bathroom in our historic and solarized home. We are centrally located in Mankato, within minutes by foot or car from downtown, the hospital, and the university.

Our upstairs bedroom has a very comfortable queen-size bed and small sitting area with pull-out sofa that could sleep another (somewhat comfortably). There is also a shared bathroom upstairs only a few steps away from the room.
My spouse and I live on the ground floor with our 10-year-old child and 2 dogs. We are happy to provide tips on what to do in the area, and we are LGBTQ friendly.

Please note that the house is more than 140 years old, so it has quirks. Additionally, there are a few stairs up to the house and then 16 more up to the room.
