Two story, half-townhouse with full kitchen, two living areas, one bedroom, 1.5 baths. 10 ft ceilings, 9ft in basement, attached garage. 5 minute walk to downtown, 20 min walk to Notre Dame!
We only rent by the week or the month.

All new, modern construction, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors in the living room and kitchen, walk-in closet, and high-speed wireless internet. Furnishings include a queen size bed, a full size pull out couch, and two big screen TVs. The rental includes one spot in an attached garage, and there is also plenty of street parking right in front of the unit. The front yard has a large brick patio with a gas fire pit.

You have access to the lower two floors of the Townhouse. The upper two floors are also rented out (and may be available on Airbnb). There are doors with deadbolt locks separating the units for privacy. There are shared entrance foyers in the front and rear so we both have access to the street and the garage.
We only rent by the week or the month.

The apartment is very close to Notre Dame (5 min drive, 8 min bike ride, 26 min walk to campus based on online maps; our time is actually less). There are a dozen bars and restaurants within two or three blocks. The apartment faces the St. Joseph River. Just across the river and a quick 5 minute walk away is downtown South Bend, which has many other restaurants, bars, the South Bend Chocolate Company, etc.
