On a charming private road, this comfortable home offers solitude a few steps from the sea. It’s a great place in the middle of the village and close to the beach for family fun or a romantic getaway.

The apartment is a comfortable loft filled with sunlight. Situated on quite street, a few minutes from the main streets, it includes: bedroom, living room with open kitchen, sofabed, TV, WIFI with HDMI access and bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Winter: The loft is heated for winter.
Parking: There is a private parking space included directly behind the apartment building. The driveway is called Figarolo Mare.
Kid Friendly: There is a folding cot for a child up to 3-4 years old and a sofa which opens to sleep two (2) children or adults.
Arrival: The loft can be accessed by two difference entrances -- the main door of the building which exits (Via Colombo 17) and the back entrance next to the parking spot. Guests will be given a magnetic badge to open the metal bar located at the beginning of the private road Figarolo Mare.
The Area: Moneglia is just due north of Cinque Terre. It is a beautiful, historic town with wonderful hiking, cycling and restaurants featuring Ligurian cuisine (seafood, focaccia and pesto, to name a few). You are 5 minutes walking from excellent restaurants in Moneglia: Ristorante Vela, Ristorante Tender and Enoteca Assirto. Pasticceria Vernengo has wonderful sweets and the best focaccia in town can be found at Pizza a Metri and Panificio Castellucchio. The wine store is a 30 second walk from the loft -- Due Di Coppe sells wine on tap which is nice on the wallet!
Getting There: The loft is only a 5 minute walk from the Moneglia train station. By car, Genoa is 50km (35 min) drive from Moneglia. Pisa and Florence are 90 minutes away. Moneglia is less than a 2.5 hour drive from Milan.

We are happy to provide additional recommendations of places to eat and towns to visit in while you are in Moneglia. We're especially found of the hiking trails with exquisite views of the Ligurian Riviera. Several trails begin only 5 minutes away from the loft.
