A semi-furnished house in Ajoya Subdivision (Gabi, Cordova, Cebu) with 24-hour security. The house is "open-plan" downstairs with lounge, simple kitchen, dining area and toilet. Upstairs has 2 Bedrooms with air conditioners and basic toilet with shower.
The place is not far from Mactan Internation Airport, Mactan areas and less than an hour away from the City of Cebu.

The house has two bedrooms. It has a kingsize bed and a double bed and both have air conditioner. It has two basic toilets and a shower upstairs. It is not a hot shower, since it's humid in Cordova so there is no need. Downstairs is open plan, with a simple kitchen, dining area and sofas. Our simple kitchen has basic electric cooker, small toaster, small refrigerator and water dispenser (instant hot/cold water). House is available for short or long term rent. All bills are included in the price quoted. The subdivision is a new and very safe development with a 24-hour security. The house is in a quiet residential area away from busy roads, around 15 to 20 minutes from the international airport, 10-15 minutes from a shopping mall with some restaurants and about 10 minutes drive from the beach resorts. Cebu City centre is only less than an hour away by taxis and public transport.
My family chose this place as holiday home and we enjoy staying here every time we are in Cebu. Lucky to have friendly neighbours too, and it's not far from the finest beach resorts in Mactan. There is a swimming pool and small play area in the clubhouse for children to enjoy.

Cleaning service can be requested once a week but with additional charges.
There is a laundry service outside the subdivision right across the main road. Drinking water can also be bought outside the subdivision. There are also small stores outside to buy some food, drinks and mobile and pocket wifi top-ups. Our internet connection is through a pocket wifi with extra charge. Please take note that is not fast unlike the typical Internet broadband connection.

The house is in a quiet residential area away from busy roads, around 15 to 20 minutes from the international airport, 10 minutes from a shopping mall which has restaurants and a cinema and about 10 minutes drive from the beach resorts. Cebu City centre is only less than an hour away by taxi and public transport such as "V-hire" and "Jeepneys".

My family in Cebu looks after the house with or without guests. My sister-in-law and brother are there to welcome our guests and ready to help. However, they do live Cebu City centre so please take into consideration the amount of time for them to travel towards Cordova. Rest assured they are only a phone call away.
