Great studio! Just like other Rent Green in Ghent units, accept this is a corner unit! Eco-friendly building, beautiful fantastically located neighborhood. Restaurants, shops, museums, parks, waterways, and EVMS at a stones throw away.

It's green! The building was rehabbed using repurposed materials, Bio friendly paint, energy efficient appliances, and uses a rainwater collection system for the landscaping!

Well obviously everything in the apartment. As well as a nice outside area (pictured in ad). There is also a little nook under the stairs to store a bike if you have one and a street permit in the unit.
There are pay waster/dryers in the door at the end of the building. Your building door key will open that door as well.

Norfolk is going though an awesome artistic and culinary transformation. "Rent Green in Ghent" is literally right in the middle of it. The main thorough fairs where you will find the cities best stores and restaurants make a C around the apartments location. Colley Avenue runs just to the west of the apartment and is likely the road you came in on when finding the place. On it you will find restaurants like "The Top Ten" sandwich shop, "Luna Maya" Latin fusion, Strawberry fields gelato, and Norfolk first pop up, Alkaline. Which has some of the best ramen I've had in the United States.
Then take a right onto w 21st street to find "Supper"s incredible southern comfort food (chicken fried bacon… Just saying), and 80/20 Burger bar's awarding masterpieces.
Other right onto Granby Street and your headed into the art district. Then the hart of down town. In the art district try "Zeck's" beans and bowls, or "The parlor or Granby". Which is not only a good restaurant, but an awesome music venue. Venture further down the street till "Field guide", "St. Germain", "Empire", and one of my favorites "Chartreuse Bistro". Which is actually just off Granby Street and it's a small place you might want to make a reservation.
Note: These places are just my personal favorites. There are many other restaurants on that route as well as spread out all over the city. The route I described above covers a few miles so you may want to think about using your car or a bike. Unless you're up for a really long walk.

"Handsome biscuit" an absolute must!
"o'Connors brewery" Great to watch sporting events
"Smart mouth brewery" my favorite of the microbrews in town
Other attractions in the area:
"The Norva" Rolling Stones number one music venue in America!
"Nauticus museum in Wisconsin battleship"
"Chrysler Museum"
"Chrysler Hall"
"The Narrow" indie film theater on Colley ave
"The Granby theater" night club
