** ASK ME ABOUT BUYING THIS PROPERTY ** Relax and recharge! Equipped with all the comforts of home and accented with luxurious furnishings & modern décor, this villa is located at the Norwich Inn & Spa. The grounds abound with perennial gardens, shimmering ponds, and inviting walkways.

The property is equipped and set up as a fully-furnished property that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, iron and iron board as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. Towels are provided in all pool areas and must be returned to the dirty towel hampers in those designated areas.
There is no telephone in the unit. Free wireless internet is available in the unit (pass code given after reservation is made) and in the main lounge of the Inn (ask for access at the front desk). Limited cable is available. For extended stays wishing for additional channels, an additional charge will apply.

There is club house which includes restrooms, saunas, a small fitness center and a lounge area. If you are booking a salon or spa service you will have access to all of the amenities in the main building at no charge. If you are not scheduled for any service, you can pay a small fee to access those areas. All on-site restaurants are open to the public.
The hot tub, pools, and surrounding patio/deck can be dangerous; the deck/patio can be slippery when wet; injury is likely to occur to anyone who is not careful. Tenants should observe and adhere to all rules and policies as posted at the property. Hours are 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned accepts and assumes all risks involved in or related to the use of the hot tub, pools, and patio areas.

YOU ARE REQUIRED to leave the property in the same general condition that you received it by making sure, dishes are done and put away, and the home is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted and sanitized.
While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. For weekly or extended stays, maid service can be arranged. Please inquiry for further details.
PETS & SMOKING: Pets are not permitted in the villa or on the property. This is a smoke-free property and it is strictly prohibited; please respect that.
GRILLS/OUTDOOR COOKING: Per state law, grilling of any kind is no allowed on the deck(balcony) or any of the common areas around the property. If a grill is found, it will be promptly removed and discarded.
