Available for short term and long term rental. Each room in the condo is equipped with an air conditioner and ceiling fan. Spectacular view of beach and rain forest mountains from private terrace and common area terraces. Direct TV, walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Jacuzzi, hammocks and chairs available on the common area terrace. Condo is located on the top floor of a beautiful building with an elevator. Gated, garage parking for 2 cars. 15-minute drive to El Yunque Rain Forest from condo.
In accordance with the local government on procedure for preventing the spread of COVID-19, the use of face masks are required at all times in the elevator and other common areas. Maximum of 4 people are permitted in the jacuzzi. Social distancing will be enforced and showers are required before use. Check-in will include temperature checks and use of hand-sanitizer. Furniture covers are placed for your protection. Do not remove the furniture covers. They are thoroughly washed and disinfected after every use. Frequent hand-washing throughout your stay is recommended.

The condo is 30 minutes away from the Cieba ferry station and airport that take you to the beautiful beaches on the island of Culebra and Vieques. Ask me about activities available in the local area.
