Our just newly renovated house is comfortable, homely, bright and kitted out with everything you will need for a perfect holiday. It is ideal for a relaxing getaway on the waterfront and good for couples, business travellers, and families.

Located on the pier-front, 20 metres from the sea in Kinvara village. This cottage overlooks Kinvara bay and Dunguire Castle. This cosy cottage has free WiFi and is close to a choice of excellent restaurants, a gallery, craft shop, supermarket and lively traditional music venues. Kinvara lies on the Wild Atlantic way and is known as the gateway to the Burren. Kinvara is a perfect base for exploring stunning sites such as the Cliffs of Moher, The Aran Islands, Coole Park, a one thousand acre forest and wildlife reserve. It was former home Lady Gregory and frequently visited by W.B Yeats and many other literary and historic figures. Other close places if interest include the Hazel Mountain Chocolate Factory, The Burren Perfumery, Ballyvaughan Tea Rooms, The Russell Gallery, The Flaggy Shore and the world famous Linane’s Seafood Restaurant in New Quay.
The unique eco system of the Burren offers numerous spectacular sights for hillwalking, fishing, caving, hiking, birdwatching. The Burren is also home to a unique array of rare Alpine wild flowers such as Bee Orchids, Gentians, Mountain Avens and many others.
For water sports enthusiasts there is fantastic spots for surfing, scuba diving, kayaking and swimming.

This cottage has 2 cosy bedrooms. Room one has a king size bed, with view overlooking Kinvara Bay from two angles. Room two is a twin room And this room also overlooks Kinvara Bay. The bathroom has both a bath and electric shower option.
The downstairs space is open plan with a modern Stanley stove, tiled floor, comfortable couches and dining area. Adjoining this space is a new, well-equipped, handmade galley kitchen. The back door leads to small private patio space, with outdoor dining set and clothes line if needed.

We have installed a lockbox with key inside if we are not available to meet you. We will be reachable by phone & over WiFi (WhatsApp etc) if there are any issues and your welcome to call or text me at any time over your stay.
