For legal reasons the minimum rental period is 3 months.

Bright, airy hallways and staircase, lots of light and colours, it is located 300m from metro Botanique. Easy commute to most universities and to the EU district. Adult and mature guests are also welcome. Bedlinen and towels provided.

Large shared kitchen on the ground floor (see pictures). Outside patio area in the back, and access to the park in the nearby building during daytime.

As clearly mentioned in our description We request a refundable deposit by bank transfer at the time you get the keys/card of the room or studio, that varies from 300 to 700 depending on duration and type of room/studio.
If you cannot agree to that, we will not agree to rent our accommodation on airbnb and would advise to find another platform or to find alternative accommodation
