After almost 20 years of living in San Diego, my wife Jennifer and I decided to leave the fast-paced city life-style, (and traffic!) and fulfill a dream of returning to the mountains and lakes of New England. In San Diego, I cultivated my career as a Holistic Health Practitioner specializing in therapeutic massage and regression hypnosis and was lucky to work at some of the best Spas in the country, including the Forbes 5 star rated Fairmont Grand Del Mar and Spa L'Auberge. The focus on providing quality Massage experiences and service are what I brought back when we chose to buy our charming Chalet in this area of New Hampshire and offer our space on Airbnb. We aim to cultivate a holistic environment in which the level of attention and service complements the natural beauty of the mountains, rivers and lakes and the variety of Seasonal experiences. Eventually, I would like to offer healing holistic retreats in which guests seeking to re-engage with their Soul can come to fulfill that journey. We welcome the opportunity to share stories with our guests of their personal journeys.
I spent Summers here as a boy and felt a spiritual connection to this place and the desire to return here as a full-time resident never really left me. We absolutely love this area, and are delighted to share the beauty and knowledge with our guests.
Being close to Lake Winnipesaukee, a goal of mine is to eventually kayak and explore all the shores of the lake, about 180 miles.
