Our home offers you a private large studio with ensuite bathroom and laundry, very handy when travelling! We are located 5mins from Jan Juc Surf Beach and 10 minutes from beautiful Bells Beach. A continental breakfast is included! Ask us about our special rates over winter! Check in is between 3 and 5 pm and check out between 10 and 11am. We will work with you for a later check out if we have no other guests expected.

We have a lovely neighbourhood in Jan Juc (much more interesting than Torquay) with great walking tracks and plenty of open green space leading towards the beach. In Jan Juc we have a hotel and two restaurants which are all very good.

Hi welcome to Peace love and Sandy Feet Beach House where everyone enjoys themselves! We have a lovely space for you to enjoy and you are so close to the beach shops as well as a short drive to Bells Beach. I am an artist and writer - was a journalist for 20 years - so understand some people just want to do their own thing while others need some help. I am happy to have a chat and make you feel welcome. I’ll tell you a locals perspective on the area including walks, scenic spots, and places to eat. If I have no other bookings I’m happy to do a late checkout! On arrival we will meet and greet our guests and welcome them to our home. We are available and live on the premises so are happy to answer any questions they have. We want them them to feel at home with us and our pets.
